Re-Unite South London is looking to recruit a team of volunteer mentors to work with women before and after their release from prison. We are looking for positive role models, from all walks of life, to share their skills and talents and to work with our clients to help them achieve their goals and aspirations.
Recruitment and training will be held in September 2011. Volunteers will be expected to provide a minimum of two hours every two weeks for a minimum of six months. All candidates will be CRB (Criminal Records Bureau) checked and volunteers will receive regular support and supervision.
Volunteers can help us make a real difference to the lives of women and their children, helping us to cut the cycle of crime and strengthening families so that they grow independently towards a positive future.
